STANDARD VENDING PACKAGES
For vendors selling everything but food (that will be prepared/ cooked onsite) and beverages; includes persons providing services such as massage therapy and henna art. Vendors receive one table and two chairs and will be placed under tents.
- Daytime, Sat/Sun: 9am-5pm, $450
- Nightime, Sat: 6pm- 4am, $350
- Day + Night, Sat- Sun: 9am- 4am, $700
- Two Days, Sat + Sun: $800
- Two Days + Night, Sat- Sun: $1000
- Vend + Camp: $1500 (allows vendor [max 2 persons] access to the campsite from Friday and vending access Saturday – Sunday)
BEVERAGE VENDING PACKAGES
For vendors selling non-alcoholic drinks such as smoothies. Vendors must have a valid food badge which will need to be worn while vending at the festival. Vendors receive two tables, two chairs and access to water as well as electricity if required. Two beverage vendors per 10×10 tent.
- Daytime, Sat/Sun: 9am-5pm, $500
- Nightime, Sat: 6pm- 4am, $500
- Day + Night, Sat- Sun: 9am- 4am, $900
- Two Days, Sat + Sun: $900
- Two Days + Night, Sat- Sun: $1300
- Vend + Camp: $1800 (allows vendor [max 2 persons] access to the campsite from Friday and vending access Saturday – Sunday)

For vendors selling food. Vendors must have a valid food badge which will need to be worn while vending at the festival.Vendors receive three tables and three chairs and will each have their own 10×10 tent and access to water as well as electricity if required.

- Nightime, Sat: 6pm- 4am, $800
- Day + Night, Sat- Sun: 9am- 4am, $1500
- Two Days, Sat + Sun: $1500
- Two Days + Night, Sat- Sun: $2000
- Vend + Camp: $2500 (allows vendor [max 2 persons] access to the campsite from Friday and vending access Saturday – Sunday)
SETTING UP + CLEARING OUT
Please be prepared to work with us to ensure our market is a wonderful place for all to enjoy. Cars will not be allowed to park on site during the festival so we will be updating you on arrival and departure times for vendors based on the various packages.
REMINDER
Don’t forget this is a ZERO WASTE event. All vendors must be prepared to be good to ourselves and the planet by adhering to NFF’s zero waste policies.
If you have any questions or need guidance in meeting our policies please let us know as we reserve the right to ask any vendor found in violation of these policies to immediately leave the festival site and no refund of vending fees will be made.
